Role Overview

We are hiring a Private Equity Associate to lead deal sourcing, evaluation, and portfolio support. The role combines investment analysis with portfolio company partnership — owning workstreams from initial diligence through value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Build LBO models, returns analyses, and investment memos for new opportunities

• Lead due diligence workstreams across financial, commercial, and operational dimensions

• Manage external advisors (consultants, lawyers, accountants) during deal execution

• Support portfolio companies on strategic initiatives, KPI tracking, and reporting

• Prepare materials for investment committee and LP communications

• Source and evaluate new investment opportunities

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3–5 years in private equity, investment banking, or strategy consulting

• Mastery of LBO modeling and returns analysis

• Strong commercial and operational diligence skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence

• Experience managing external advisors and complex deal processes

• MBA from top program or equivalent track record preferred
