We are now looking for a Private Equity Recruitment Consultant who combines strong recruitment experience with excellent communication skills, commercial curiosity and a natural ability to connect with people.

What you'll be doing

• Leading Executive Search assignments for Private Equity funds and investment-related businesses.
• Building trusted, long-term relationships with clients, investment professionals and senior executives.
• Acting as a genuine advisor to clients, understanding their business priorities and helping them make informed hiring decisions.
• Developing your network within the Private Equity and broader investment community.
• Representing First Point Partners at industry conferences, networking events and business gatherings.
• Engaging with senior professionals, assessing talent and identifying opportunities that go beyond an individual recruitment process.
• Staying close to market developments, investment activity and the people shaping the Private Capital industry.

Who we're looking for

• Executive Search experience. You have a proven background in Executive Search or specialist recruitment and understand what high-quality, relationship-led recruitment looks like.
• Fluent English. You communicate confidently and naturally in English, including in conversations with international clients and senior executives.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills. You are articulate, personable, confident and comfortable interacting with people at different levels of seniority.
• Strong professional presence. You know how to represent yourself and your firm in sophisticated business environments, building credibility through communication, judgement and professionalism.
• An outgoing, relationship-driven personality. You genuinely enjoy meeting new people, attending events, starting conversations and building connections that last.
• Curiosity about investments. You are interested in Private Equity, business models, M&A and the wider investment ecosystem. You don't need to be an investment expert, but you should genuinely want to understand this world.
• Ownership and initiative. You are proactive, well-organised and comfortable taking responsibility for your relationships, projects and results.
