Position Summary

This position manages the day-to-day organization and maintenance of a private estate. The Estate Manager coordinates household activities, schedules, service providers, and property-related tasks, ensuring that daily operations are organized, well maintained, and completed on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily household and property activities
• Coordinate schedules, appointments, and service providers
• Monitor property maintenance and routine requirements
• Organize household services and scheduled visits
• Maintain records, schedules, and relevant property information
• Review completed work and follow up on outstanding tasks
• Support the smooth coordination of day-to-day estate operations

Requirements

• Previous experience in estate management, property management, household management, or a similar role is preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and schedules
• Good attention to detail when managing property-related information
• Ability to communicate clearly with service providers and other contacts
• Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities with discretion

Pay: $132,000.00-$135,000.00 per year
