Private Fund Compliance Associate

A leading Alternative Asset manager is looking to hire a Compliance Associate. Reporting into the CCO, this position will be a generalist and will assist in maintaining the firm's compliance program An ideal candidate will have prior experience in another Advisers Act Compliance role.

Day-to-day you will:

• Draft and update compliance policies and procedures.
• Review firm marketing materials
• Assist with various regulatory filings (ADV, PF, etc.)
• Maintain the firm's Code of Ethics.
