About the Role

This is a fractional advisory role rather than a traditional charter-booking position. The selected professional will use their private-aviation experience, market knowledge, and industry relationships to provide market insight, participate in selected opportunity reviews, and help identify aircraft ownership transitions and transaction opportunities that may align.

BiTechnologies is seeking an experienced Private Jet Charter Broker to support BiAuction for a fractional advisory and market-development role supporting aircraft acquisition, disposition, auction, and aviation transaction opportunities.

This is not a traditional charter-booking position.

The role is designed for an established private-aviation professional who already maintains relationships with aircraft owners, operators, management companies, brokers, corporate aviation departments, and other participants within the private-aircraft ecosystem.

The selected professional will provide market insight, participate in selected aircraft opportunity discussions, and help identify ownership transitions, aircraft disposition needs, acquisition requirements, and other aviation situations where BiAuction may provide value.

Responsibilities

• Provide current market insight regarding business and private aviation.
• Participate in selected aircraft acquisition and disposition discussions.
• Help evaluate potential aircraft sales, auction, acquisition, and remarketing opportunities.
• Maintain awareness of aircraft ownership and fleet activity through normal professional market participation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with aircraft owners, operators, management companies, brokers, lenders, lessors, MROs, and other aviation-market participants.
• Identify aircraft ownership transitions, fleet changes, disposition requirements, acquisition needs, and related opportunities that may align with BiAuction.
• Provide feedback regarding aircraft marketability and transaction positioning.
• Participate in periodic opportunity-review discussions with BiAuction.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate currently participates in the private-aviation market and routinely communicates with aircraft operators, owners, charter clients, management companies, brokers, or other industry professionals.

BiAuction is particularly interested in candidates whose existing professional activities provide visibility into aircraft ownership changes, potential dispositions, acquisitions, fleet transitions, or other aviation asset requirements.

Candidates will not be expected to share confidential client information, restricted databases, passwords, proprietary employer information, or information they are not authorized to disclose.

Pay: $40.00 - $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2.0 – 4.0 per week
