Private Practice Speech Pathologist within a Multidisciplinary Team
Complete Therapy Group
About Complete Therapy Group
Complete Therapy Group is a well-established clinic located in the inner Western suburbs of Melbourne, directly opposite Highpoint Shopping Centre in Maribyrnong. Our highly experienced, multidisciplinary team is dedicated to supporting clients and their families through a collaborative approach, fostering empowerment and the development of personal strengths. Currently, our team comprises professionals in Psychology, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Counselling and Dietetics.
Due to sustained demand for our services and a robust referral base, we are seeking to expand our team. Expressions of interest are invited from qualified Speech Pathologists who are committed to making a meaningful impact within our community. Complete Therapy Group is seeking two Speech Pathologists to join our growing multidisciplinary team. Our clinic provides services across the lifespan, supporting individuals from preschool age through to young adults.
Complete Therapy Group is committed to enhancing health literacy and reducing barriers to high-quality allied health services for individuals from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. We encourage applications from allied health clinicians proficient in languages other than English, particularly those with fluency in Vietnamese.
About the Role
We are seeking two experienced Speech Pathologists to join our team. This role involves working primarily with children, providing speech and language assessments as well as intervention. Experience with children with autism or an educational background would be highly desirable.
The successful candidates will join a collaborative team that values both personal wellbeing and professional development. Referrals will be tailored to each clinician's skills, experience, and areas of interest, allowing you to build a rewarding and sustainable caseload.
We offer flexible arrangements and are open to a range of appointment fractions. Ideally, applicants will be available for a minimum of two days per week. The opportunity is for both on-site work and work at a local school.
We currently have two positions available:
- Position 1: Requires off-site work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at a co-educational school in the Western suburbs.
- Position 2: Requires 2–3 days per week on-site, with one Saturday required every fortnight.
Please indicate your preference and availability when applying. A combination of the two roles would also be considered.
Due to the clinic extended hours, flexible working hours are available, including:
- After-hours appointments (from 5:00 pm onwards)
