Private Practice Therapist

Blossom LKN PLLC is an expanding practice dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals of living a happier and healthier life. Blossom is currently looking for a mental health therapist (LMFT/A, LCSW/A, LCMHC/A) to join our team! We are looking for a warm, caring, career-minded and professional clinician who wants to start working in private practice as part of a supportive and collaborative team.

At Blossom we take the time to invest in our clinicians and help them develop the basis of owning a private practice. We want our clinicians to grow and feel confident in not only their clinical skills, but also their business skills.

This is a full-time, contract 1099 position. Clinician will be able to make their own schedule and have a steady flow of referrals to build their caseload. We will accept clinicians who are provisionally licensed.

Requirements:

Current NC License as an LCMHC(A), LCSW(A), or LMFT(A).

Masters degree from a Graduate Program

Energetic, driven, self- motivated and positive

Willingness to work Monday through Friday- if interested in weekend hours they are available as well

Evenings (Not required, but preferred 2 evenings a week)

Post graduate supervisor in place- LMFT supervision offered for LMFTA candidates.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide behavioral therapy and mental health counseling, utilizing techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrative patient care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay updated on best practices in behavioral health. (Professional development stipend included)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $80.00 per hour
