Responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, incorporating differentiated instruction to meet diverse student needs.
• Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other educational technology tools to enhance lesson delivery and student engagement.
• Implement IT-integrated lessons that incorporate digital resources, interactive activities, and multimedia content to support varied learning styles.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement, behavior management techniques, and individualized support.
• Assess student performance regularly through formative and summative evaluations, analyzing data to tailor instructional modifications accordingly.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress, behavioral concerns, and upcoming assessments or events.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and administrative staff to develop curriculum implementation strategies, share best practices, and ensure compliance with educational regulations.

Experience

• Proven teaching experience within private or independent school settings, preferably with early childhood or elementary education backgrounds.
• Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and instructional modifications for students with diverse learning needs including special education or autism spectrum conditions.
• Strong classroom management skills combined with experience working with children from various cultural backgrounds.
• Familiarity with educational technology platforms such as LMS systems, digital assessment tools, and learning software integration.
• Experience working with standardized testing procedures, literacy education, math instruction, physical education, and childhood development principles.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods based on individual learning styles and performance data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills for effective parent engagement and faculty collaboration in a fast-paced educational environment.

Pay: $15.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 15.0 per week
