Job Summary

NEXAFOBA is seeking passionate and skilled Technical Trainers to deliver high-quality training programs, workshops, internships, and skill development sessions for students and professionals. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online and offline training sessions for students and professionals.
• Deliver practical, hands-on learning experiences through real-world projects.
• Mentor students during internships and academic projects.
• Develop training materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Support workshops, bootcamps, seminars, and college training programs.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills

Candidates should have expertise in one or more of the following areas:

• Python Programming
• Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• Machine Learning (ML)
• Data Science
• Full Stack Development
• Web Development
• Java Programming

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Prior teaching, training, mentoring, or industry experience is preferred.
• Freshers with strong technical knowledge and excellent presentation skills are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience conducting workshops, seminars, or corporate training.
• Relevant industry certifications.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and mentoring skills.
