• TB test

• Pass background

-Bachelor’s degree or in school

- Contracted employee (1099)

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Private Tutor to inspire and empower students across various age groups and educational levels. In this role, you will deliver personalized instruction tailored to each student’s unique learning style, academic goals, and developmental needs. Your enthusiasm for teaching, combined with your expertise in multiple subjects, will help students unlock their full potential. Duties

• Develop customized lesson plans that align with students’ curriculum requirements and learning objectives
• Deliver engaging online or in-person tutoring sessions across diverse subjects such as mathematics, science, English language arts, and test preparation (e.g., SAT)
• Assess students’ current knowledge levels and identify areas for improvement to tailor instructional strategies effectively
• Utilize learning technology tools and digital resources to enhance the learning experience and foster interactive engagement
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles and special educational needs, including early childhood education and special education strategies
• Monitor student progress regularly, provide constructive feedback, and adjust lesson plans accordingly
• Support students from diverse cultural backgrounds by promoting inclusive teaching practices and effective communication skills

Skills

• Strong expertise in curriculum development and lesson planning across multiple subjects
• Proficiency with learning technology platforms and online instruction tools
• Proven experience in tutoring, classroom management, and working with children or adult learners
• Excellent communication skills to clearly convey concepts and motivate students of all ages
• Ability to adapt instructional approaches based on individual learning styles and educational needs
• Experience teaching math, science, English language arts, or test preparation (e.g., SAT) is highly desirable
• Knowledge of working with students with special needs or from diverse cultural backgrounds enhances your effectiveness as a tutor
