Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions in designated subjects, ensuring clarity and engagement.
• Assess students’ current knowledge levels and identify areas for improvement to tailor lesson plans accordingly.
• Develop customized learning strategies that accommodate students’ individual learning styles, including those with special education needs.
• Track student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to motivate continued growth.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and guardians to discuss goals, progress, and any necessary adjustments.
• Prepare educational materials and resources that enhance understanding and retention of subject matter.
• Maintain a positive, encouraging atmosphere that fosters confidence and enthusiasm for learning.

Requirements

• Proven experience in tutoring or teaching across various age groups and subjects.
• Strong communication skills to clearly convey concepts and motivate learners.
• Experience working with children or students with special education needs is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of effective teaching methods and educational best practices.
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning styles and challenges.
• Excellent organizational skills to plan lessons, track progress, and manage schedules efficiently.

Pay: £32,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
