My client is an independent financial planning and wealth management firm with $6B in AUM servicing the HNW & UHNW. As one of the fastest growing RIAs across the nation, more than 200% growth over the past 2 years, t hey're in search of a Senior Wealth Advisor to spearhead the launch of their new office in Dallas. This firm has a client-centric and planning forward approach.

Qualifications for the Senior Wealth Advisor:

• Experienced servicing planning/investment needs of sophisticated UHNW individuals & families
• Financial designation preferred, not required (CFP, CFA, ChFC)
• Existing book of business
• Proven ability to meet with clients and present planning strategies
• Demonstrated the ability to source prospective clients

Responsibilities for the Senior Wealth Advisor:

• Servicing existing client base
• Lean on strong referral network to grow business
• Utilize Financial Planning expertise
• Analyzing and recommending changes to portfolios
• Review investment plans and present to clients
• Collaborate with portfolio/ estate planning colleagues

Compensation and Benefits:

• BASE Salary + variable compensation + EQUITY
