Private Wealth Manager- Axis BB

• Manage Wealth/Portfolio Management (PWM) business through the assigned bank branch network.
• Build strong relationships with bank staff and high-value customers to generate life insurance business.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance and investment solutions.
• Drive lead generation, sales conversion, and achievement of assigned business targets.
• Conduct regular branch visits and coordinate with Relationship Managers/Branch Managers.
• Ensure quality business, proper documentation, and compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
• Track business performance and maintain strong relationships with the banca partner.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate with 2 to 6 years of experience in Life Insurance, Bancassurance.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and sales skills.
• Experience working with banking channels/HNI customers preferred.
