Private Wealth Manager

Responsible for managing client relationships, identifying financial needs, and providing tailored insurance and financial protection solutions. Similar to a Bank Relationship Manager, the role focuses on building long-term client relationships, growing a portfolio of clients, cross-selling financial products, and achieving business development targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, similar to managing a bank's portfolio of depositors, borrowers, and investors.
• Financial Needs Analysis – Assess clients’ financial goals, cash flow, family protection needs, and long-term financial priorities.
• Portfolio Development – Develop and expand a portfolio of clients through referrals, networking, prospecting, and relationship-building activities.
• Financial Solutions & Cross-Selling – Recommend suitable life insurance, health protection, and investment-linked solutions based on clients’ needs and financial objectives.
• Business Development – Achieve monthly sales targets, grow client relationships, and identify opportunities to serve new and existing clients.
• Client Servicing & Retention – Provide ongoing policy assistance, conduct regular financial reviews, and maintain client satisfaction.
• Professional Networking – Establish connections with professionals, business owners, executives, and high-net-worth individuals to expand business opportunities.
