What they need

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage access control systems, including PAM (Physical Access Management) and PIM (Policy Information Management).
Configure and maintain user accounts, permissions, and privileges within the organization's IT infrastructure.
Troubleshoot issues related to identity management, authentication, and authorization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop policies and procedures for physical security.

Job Requirements :

3-7 years of experience in Identity & Access Management or a related field.
Strong understanding of PAM/PIM concepts and technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP, etc.
Experience with Linux operating system administration is required; knowledge of Windows OS administration is an asset.
