PRN Concierge

JOB SUMMARY:

The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and

vendors, and provides essential administrative support to the community. This role is

integral to creating a warm, welcoming, and professional environment while ensuring

operational excellence and adherence to Twenty20 Management’s mission: to improve the

lives of our customers, uphold commitments to staff and residents, and contribute to a

rewarding and enjoyable workplace.

• Because staffing levels in senior living are census- and care-needs driven, work hours and

schedules are not guaranteed and may be modified, increased, or reduced at any time based

on operational and business needs.

SPECIFIC REQUIRED SKILL, EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one-year related experience

and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to operate

and navigate an iPad effectively. Demonstrate good judgment and decision-making skills.

Ability to make choices, decisions, and act in the resident’s best interest. Ability to react and

remain calm in difficult situations. Familiar with infection control. Ability to handle multiple

priorities. Understanding of advanced directives and end of life.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
