What You'll Do

As an LPN, you'll make a meaningful impact every day by:

Administering medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitoring residents and documenting their care

Assisting with individualized care plans

Providing skilled nursing care, including wound care and treatments

Collaborating with physicians, RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team

Educating residents and families about health management and care

Responding confidently and effectively during emergencies

Helping create a safe, compassionate, and welcoming home for every resident

What We're Looking For

Current Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License

Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A passion for providing exceptional resident care!
