Job Summary
Looking for a PRN MRI Technologist to work out of our Decatur location, responsible for scanning patients and entering charges and images via PACs and EMR. Opportunities for additional hours as well. Currently looking for weekday and/or weekend PRN coverage as needed, typically 12 hour shifts so let me know your availability for when you can cover when needed. Opportunity for a more permanent shift as well.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform various spine and joint MRI exams as ordered by Physicians.
- Operation and use of Siemens Altea MRI
- The care and maintenance of medical equipment and accessories.
- General cleanliness and stocking of inventory in the MRI suite.
- Maintain MRI images/records according to HIPPA standards and protocols.
- Deal compassionately, professionally, and courteously with patients, their families, physicians, and fellow staff.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $38.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
