Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated PRN Nurse to provide flexible, high-quality nursing care in our healthcare facility. Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to patients, with a focus on geriatric populations, in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Assist with patient assessments and monitor vital signs as needed.
• Accurately document medical information, treatments, and patient responses in medical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care plans.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and infection control procedures.

Requirements

• Valid nursing license (RN or LPN/LVN) in the state of practice.
• Prior experience working with geriatric patients is preferred.
• Strong skills in medical documentation and record-keeping.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to varying schedules as needed for PRN shifts.

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
