What they need
Brevard Children's Therapies (www.brevardchildrenstherapies.com) is seeking a PRN Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to join our expanding pediatric therapy team!
Brevard Children's Therapies delivers pediatric speech, occupational, and physical therapy services in children's natural environments, including homes, daycares, and preschools throughout Brevard County. We primarily work with children from birth through age 13, with occasional services provided to older pediatric and young adult clients.
This is an exciting opportunity to become one of the first Speech-Language Pathologists serving our Brevard location. As we continue building our referral network, your caseload will develop gradually over time rather than beginning with a full schedule. This role is ideal for an SLP who is looking to supplement their current position, ease into additional hours, or enjoy the flexibility of a growing PRN caseload.
What you'll do
- Complete speech and language evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
- Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to each child's communication goals.
- Deliver services in homes, daycares, and preschools across Brevard County.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and teachers to encourage carryover of skills outside of therapy.
- Maintain timely documentation while providing compassionate, family-centered care.
Compensation
- This is a PRN 1099 contract position paid on a per-session basis.
- Compensation typically ranges from $54-$57 per session, depending on experience and qualifications.
Qualifications
- Current Florida licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
- A passion for pediatric therapy and providing high-quality, individualized care.
- Previous pediatric experience is preferred, and experience in home-based or community-based intervention is a plus.
If you're looking for a flexible opportunity to grow with a new practice while making a meaningful impact on local families, we'd love to connect with you.
Apply through Indeed or email your resume and Florida Department of Health license number to [email protected].
