PRN Registered Nurse

Our mission is to support our clients by offering compassionate, professional, and comprehensive home care services. As we continue to grow, we are excited to expand our team and are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee our In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) program.

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee our IHSS program and ensure that our clients receive the highest level of care. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the delivery of healthcare services to clients, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and ensuring compliance with IHSS guidelines. This position will initially be on a PRN, on-call basis, as our agency grows. You will have the flexibility to work as needed based on client demand and agency needs, with the opportunity for full-time hours as the agency expands.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the delivery of IHSS services to clients, ensuring high-quality care.
• Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and monitor the progress of clients receiving IHSS services.
• Supervise and provide guidance to home care aides and other caregivers.
• Educate and advise clients and their families on healthcare practices, IHSS services, and available resources.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Monitor and manage care delivery, identifying potential risks or areas for improvement.
• Be on-call as needed to provide support for IHSS-related issues, concerns, and emergencies.

Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license in Colorado.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health or a similar setting.
• Experience with IHSS programs and regulations is preferred, but not required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing exceptional care.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Schedule:

• PRN, on-call basis (hours may vary based on client needs and agency growth).
• Flexibility in scheduling with potential for increased hours as the agency expands.

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate.
