Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated PRN (as-needed) professional to join our team in Ripley, providing vital support for four hours each week. Responsibilities

• Assist with daily resident care activities, ensuring comfort and safety during scheduled shifts
• Support team members by providing timely and efficient assistance with routine tasks
• Observe and report any changes in residents’ conditions or behavior to the supervising staff promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to uphold safety standards
• Follow all facility policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality care delivery
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to foster a welcoming environment
• Document any relevant observations or interventions accurately and thoroughly

Requirements

• Previous experience in healthcare, caregiving, or related fields is preferred but not required
• Ability to commit reliably for scheduled four-hour shifts weekly
• Strong communication skills and compassionate demeanor
• Ability to work independently while following established protocols
• Must be able to stand, walk, and assist residents as needed during shifts
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications (e.g., CPR) are a plus
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to support resident well-being
