PRO - Arabic Speaking

Key Responsibilities

• Process employment visas, renewals, cancellations, medical applications, Emirates ID applications, and labour permits.
• Handle transactions with MOHRE, GDRFA, Amer, ICP, Dubai Economy and Tourism, Dubai Municipality, DMCC, and other relevant authorities.
• Manage trade licence applications, renewals, amendments, establishment cards, and company immigration files.
• Prepare and submit official Arabic and English letters, applications, and government documents.
• Monitor the expiry dates of visas, licences, permits, tenancy contracts, and other company documents.
• Coordinate with government departments, free-zone authorities, typing centres, and external service providers.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on pending applications and approvals.
• Assist employees with visa, labour, and Emirates ID matters.
• Ensure all company activities comply with UAE laws and government requirements.
• Support management with other administrative and government-relations matters when required.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
