Position: PRO Assistant

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are seeking a PRO Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a PRO Assistant in the UAE.
• Mandatory experience handling Abu Dhabi Immigration procedures and related government transactions.
• Strong knowledge of UAE visa processing, Emirates ID, labor and immigration procedures (Preferred Abudhabi experience).
• Assist with employee visa processing, renewals, and cancellations (entry permits, Emirates ID, medical tests)
• Prepare, submit, and track documents with government departments (Immigration, Labor/MOHRE)
• Support trade license issuance, renewals and amendments
• Maintain records and expiry trackers for licenses, visas, insurance, and contracts
• Handle document collection, attestation, and courier or delivery of paperwork
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and management on compliance deadlines
• Respond to government and client inquiries professionally
• Good written and spoken English & Hindi**. Arabic language is mandatory** (writing, reading and basic communication).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple government-related tasks efficiently.
