PRO Officer

Job purpose

Process all kinds of MoHRE / Immigration / employees details related works. Support in drafting & documenting correspondences.

• Government Facilities / immigration / labor access
• Hold Company Credit card incase any payments

Duties and responsibilities

1. Process all online Labor & Immigration transactions including but not limited to the following all work permits applications for on-family sponsorship, sponsorship transfer, mission work permit.
2. Apply for all MOL & Immigration Department transactions at Pharmatrade Group employees as well as Principle Cos.
3. Review Transactions doc. Adequacy and application duly signed as per requirements by the relevant government office
4. Keep abreast of all Labor & Immigration updates re. documentation required or new rules and update PR Officer
5. Follow up continuously with Tasheel , Tawjeeh , Amer regarding MOL transactions
6. Represent the company in front of all government offices and competent authorities as required
7. Arrange visa medical test for selected employees
8. Attestation of employee graduation certificates from Foreign Affairs and Consulates when required
9. Ensure renewal PRO card on time as well all Visas and LCs.
10. Other tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree HR / Business Administration or any related subject
• 1-2 years of experience
• Interpersonal Skills
• Communication Skills
• UAE Valid driving license
• Physically fit
• Memory and organizational skills
