Pro Shop Manager

Duties

• Oversee daily shop operations, ensuring efficient service and a positive guest experience
• Manage retail sales, including processing transactions accurately and handling cash with integrity
• Provide expert assistance to guests by offering product recommendations and answering inquiries
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop to create an inviting shopping environment
• Coordinate inventory management, including stock replenishment and product displays
• Lead and motivate staff members to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold high standards
• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
• Create and manage staff schedule
• Provide excellent skate sharpening standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality, retail management, or customer service roles
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on guest services and team leadership
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
• Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and shop presentation
• Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
• Prior experience in a hockey or sports retail environment is a plus.
• Prior experience skate sharpening is a plus but not required as training can be provided.

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
