What Will You Do?

• Monitor system and network alerts.
• Identify errors and abnormal traffic.
• Understand the nature of alerts.
• Assign alerts to the appropriate internal team.
• Communicate technical issues clearly.
• Handle email communication with customers/stakeholders.
• Coordinate with global teams.
• Ensure alerts are properly documented and escalated.

What We Are Looking For

• Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS and HTTP/HTTPS.
• Strong networking fundamentals.
• Excellent English communication.
• Good written communication and email etiquette.
• Good computer and internet skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to understand and explain technical problems.
• Willingness to work night shifts, rotational shifts and weekends.
• CCNA is an added advantage.

Important

This is NOT a traditional L1 troubleshooting role.

The position focuses on Proactive Monitoring Alert Identification Correct Team Assignment Communication Escalation.
