An established and highly regarded Dublin law firm is seeking an experienced Probate & Conveyancing Solicitor to join its growing team.

The Role

You will manage a broad range of probate and conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, working closely with clients and providing practical, solution-focused legal advice.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a varied caseload of probate and estate administration matters.
• Taking instructions for wills and drafting will documentation.
• Advising executors, administrators, and beneficiaries throughout the probate process.
• Attending court when required.
• Handling files independently with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Managing residential conveyancing and property sales.
• Overseeing transmissions of freehold and unregistered titles where necessary.
• Delivering a high standard of client care and maintaining strong client relationships.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor with experience in probate and conveyancing matters.
• Be capable of managing their own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Have excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Possess strong organisational and file management abilities.
• Be detail-oriented and commercially minded.
• Experience with the Keyhouse case management system would be advantageous, although not essential.
