Role: Problem Manager – L3

We are looking for an experienced Problem Manager to own enterprise-level Problem Management, drive effective RCA, and eliminate recurring incidents to improve overall service stability.

Key Responsibilities

* Own the end-to-end ITIL Problem Management lifecycle

* Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring/major incidents

* Identify and track permanent corrective actions

* Conduct Post-Incident Reviews and follow up on action items

* Analyze problem trends, metrics, and recurring issues

* Coordinate with technical and cross-functional teams for permanent resolution

* Maintain problem records, known errors, workarounds, and resolutions

* Ensure corrective changes are tracked through closure

ITIL – Problem Management

Strong RCA & analytical skills

ServiceNow / ITSM tools

Incident & Problem Management

Stakeholder Management

Problem metrics & trend analysis

Ideal Candidate: 8+ years of IT Service Management experience with strong hands-on ownership of Problem Management and RCA in an enterprise environment.
