Must-Have
- 10+ years of Experience in Problem Management skills in banking domain
- Excellent Good Verbal & Written communication skills.
- Ability to work in 24x7 shift model
- Ability to work in hostile environment and look for solutions by managing various stakeholders.
- Ability to run war room independently and be able to provide regular updates both to the business & technology stakeholders.
- Drive RCA independently and ensure closure of the problems.
- Ability to send to regular updates to all the stakeholders.
Good-to-Have
- ITIL Certification
- Handled Major Incidents independently
