Job Description:

• Analyze and document business processes to identify improvement opportunities and ensure operational efficiency.
• Gather, review, and interpret client and project requirements.
• Prepare and maintain process documentation, reports, SOPs, and workflow diagrams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and support project objectives.
• Monitor process performance and recommend enhancements to improve productivity and quality.
• Conduct data analysis and generate insights to support business decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and documentation requirements.
• Assist in quality assurance activities, audits, and process reviews.
• Create presentations, reports, and other business documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualification:
