Process Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor operational reports, dashboards, and certification process KPIs.

• Perform data-quality checks and coordinate necessary corrections with relevant users.

• Act as a superuser by providing system support, resolving user issues, and preparing monthly problem reports.

• Monitor overdue items and coordinate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.

• Provide refresher training and communicate major or minor changes to applications.

• Identify and implement tools to improve workflow efficiency and user productivity.

• Monitor global and internal development projects, including timelines, testing results, and feedback.

• Review operational, BRC, surveillance, and CRM reports and follow up with relevant parties.

• Support workflow automation, process improvement, and other assigned projects.

• Maintain accurate and timely reports while minimizing functional issues operations.

• Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Science, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, or similar digital tools.

• Good knowledge of business IT systems and workflow automation tools.

• Familiarity with process-improvement methodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM.

• Strong project-management and change-management skills.

• Good analytical, problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.

• Good command of English.
