Process Analyst

Job Requirements

• First point of contact for Quality and Information Security activities within projects.
• Ensure adherence to the Quality Management System & Customer specific processes in projects
• Define the right processes for the project based on the nature of development – Waterfall, Iterative, Bug fix, Agile Scrum etc.
• Preparing quality metrics to internal management and customer
• Perform Quality and Information Security Audits and publish the audit reports.
• Ensure release readiness (process verification) during external release
• Support Project Team during external Certification and Customer audits
• Perform Root Cause Analysis for issues and escalations
• Conduct process trainings

Work Experience

• Engineering Degree
• Knowledge in Software Engineering Processes
• Expertise in Quality Models and Standards (ISO 9001 and CMMI )
• Knowledge in ASPICE is an advantage
• Good Communication Skills
• Expertise MS Office
