Process Analyst Intern

Responsibilities:

• Work on complex data in Excel, filter it, and create reports.
• Respond to customer emails and phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
• Take ownership of assigned activities and report to the manager regularly.
• Maintain fruitful relationships with existing members.
• Manage client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with clients to foster trust and satisfaction.
• Create and manage detailed project plans, assigning tasks and tracking progress.
• Facilitate project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively.

Location :- Hyderabad (onsite)

Duratiom : 6 months

Requirements:

• Education Qualification: Any degree (2025-2026 graduates).
• Proficiency in Excel, including data filtering and report generation, and MS Office.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Hands-on experience with tools like MS Office, Visio, Jira, or similar project management software.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Excel VBA will be an added advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management and engagement strategies.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
