Process and Communication Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver process-specific training programs.
• Conduct coaching sessions for recruiters based on quality audit findings.
• Conduct refresher, reinforcement, and upskilling sessions for existing employees.
• Coach employees on professional communication, process adherence, and effective work practices.
• Conduct mock sessions, assessments, and knowledge checks to measure training effectiveness.
• Identify knowledge gaps and address them through targeted training.
• Develop and maintain training presentations, guides, assessments, and e-learning content.
• Collaborate with operational and cross-functional teams to identify training requirements.
• Review and enhance training content based on process changes and employee feedback.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Process Trainer, Communication Training, Corporate Trainer, Facilitator, or Training Specialist.
• Mandatory experience in the recruitment/staffing industry.
• Understanding of quality concepts, as quality auditing is a key part of the role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Ability to explain processes in a simple, structured, and engaging manner.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience working with LMS/e-learning platforms and digital training tools.
• Ability to effectively train employees with varying levels of experience.
