Process and Documentation Intern

About The Role We're looking for interns to support our Quality Management System (QMS) initiatives. You'll help align and standardize our process documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across teams, working closely with process owners to help make our workflows clearer, consistent, and audit-ready.

What You'll Do

• Review existing SOPs, work instructions, and process documents for gaps and inconsistencies
• Help standardize document formats, templates, and version control practices
• Map current processes through flowcharts and process maps
• Coordinate with team members and process owners to validate and update documentation
• Support QMS deliverables, including document registers and audit preparation
• Recommend process improvements based on your documentation review

Minimum Qualifications What We're Looking For

• Currently taking Industrial Engineering
• Familiarity with process mapping, SOP writing, or ISO 9001 concepts is a plus
• Detail-oriented with clear written communication
• Comfortable with MS Office or Google Workspace; Visio, Lucidchart, Lark, AI or similar tools are a plus
• Able to work independently and coordinate across teams
• Can commit at least 200 internship hours
• Has a working laptop
