Process & Equipment Technician- ETCH

ETCH

1. To achieve lowest cost of ownership of equipment

2. To establish PM and equipment improvement methodology

3. To start up new etch equipment on schedule

4. Daily machine upkeep/PM to support manufacturing objectives

5. Work as a team with both process and manufacturing engineers to meet the Module's

6. Work with manufacturing to meet the production goals

7. Troubleshoot equipment issues, establish Corrective actions and specifications for procedures to be followed.

8. Plan and implement effective Preventive Maintenance program on the equipment as well as organize Installation of new equipment.

9. Support equipment engineers' activities In Improving equipment uptime and cost reduction programs.

10. Audit and track clean swap kits availability to support wet clean.

Job Requirement

1. At least 2 years relevant working experience.

2. Fresh graduates with strong interest and aptitude in hardware hand-on activities will be considered.

3. Must be able to work in 12 hours rotating shift (day / night / weekends / Public Holidays) in a cleanroom environment.

4. Candidate with experience in Novellus SPEED and SEQUEL, Applied Materials Producer, Ultima HDP

5. At least 2 years working experience as a technician in the Wafer Fab industry in Photo area.

6. More than 2 years working experience in the semiconductor environment.

7. Fresh Graduate with good academic qualification and related projects in semiconductor
