PROCESS & INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER

About the role

Supreme Group is seeking a Process & Industrial Engineer to join our engineering team at our Pluak Daeng Rayong facility. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in optimising our manufacturing and operational processes. As a Process & Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving industrial processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. This role is integral to our continued operational excellence and strategic growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, process parameters, and operating methods.
• Conduct Time Study, Work Study, Line Balancing, Capacity Analysis, and Manpower Analysis.
• Analyze process flow, cycle time, bottlenecks, machine utilization, and production losses.
• Design and improve production layout, workstation, material flow, and ergonomic conditions.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, automation, and productivity improvement projects.
• Establish standard cycle time, manpower standards, process standards, and capacity requirements.
• Support new product introduction, process validation, trial runs, and equipment installation.
• Evaluate process changes and improvement projects based on productivity, quality, cost, and capacity impact.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, flow charts, work instructions, and engineering standards.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering / Process Engineering.

• Experience in manufacturing process improvement, line balancing, time study, and capacity analysis.

• Experience in Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement projects.

• Experience in automotive manufacturing is preferred.

• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and core quality tools is an advantage.
