Process & Metrology Engineer / Senior Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage CNC Smarts cope and other contact/non-contact profilers, including recipe setup, inspection and data analysis for micro-optics products.
• Perform data creation for 3D printing and lens profile modelling using SolidWorks, Python and/or MATLAB.
• Manage polymer moulding for printing/imprinting from singlet and array lenses to wafer level.
• Work with Two-Photon Polymerization equipment and CNC-based step-and-repeat equipment.
• Set up alignment, dispensing and inspection recipes.

Requirements

• Degree / Master's in Engineering, Physics, Materials, Optics or related field.
• No experience are welcome to apply
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Familiarity with any of the following: data processing, precision metrology, Smart scope, contact/non-contact profilers, molding, chemical optimization, MEMS process/equipment or material characterization.
• Programming skills for data analysis such as Python, MATLAB, image processing or Excel Macro are highly preferred.
• Knowledge of polymer and curing, mechanical machining, SPC, dispensing or MEMS will be an advantage.
• Proactive, analytical and adaptable with good attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
• R&D mindset.
