Process & Quality Improvement Staff

Execute factory trial, scale-up, process validation, dan technology transfer dari R&D ke commercial production.Prepare trial readiness: material, equipment, parameter, sampling, dan data recording.

Collect dan analyze process data, deviation, product result, dan manufacturing constraints.

Support structured problem solving untuk recurring process/product issue.

Execute process improvement terkait yield, waste, rework, cycle time, process stability, dan product consistency.

Support quality-related technical trial seperti cleaning method, sanitation, hygienic process, atau process robustness improvement.

Support targeted QMS implementation di lapangan, termasuk follow-up CAPA effectiveness dan recurring implementation gap.

Coordinate dengan R&D, Production, QC, QMS, Engineering, dan OpEx.

Prepare complete trial/improvement report dan support handover improvement ke Operations.

Qualification:

• S1 Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Food Science, atau bidang relevan.
• Fresh graduate dengan technical exposure yang kuat atau 1–3 tahun pengalaman di R&D, QA/QC, Production, Process Improvement, atau food manufacturing.
• Memahami basic food processing, GMP, HACCP, dan food safety
• Mampu melakukan structured trial, basic data analysis, RCA, dan technical reporting.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, analytical, dan nyaman bekerja di production floor.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Bersedia ditempatkan / bekerja dekat dengan factory dan mengikuti kebutuhan trial production.
