Process, Assembly Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS, DETAILS AND OTHER BENEFITS:

A look into the life of the Engineer, Process. You will be the Engineer, Process in Assembly Engineering, where you will be responsible for sustaining and continuously improving the Assembly Midline-Mechanical Back End manufacturing processes. The role ensures stable production, high product quality, and successful implementation of productivity and cost reduction initiatives. Assembly Processes include Saw and Trim Singulation, Debar/Dejunk Lead Conditioning, Molding, Microvision/NNI AOI and Taping, Final Visual Inspection, Molding, Sealing/Glue Cure, Laser Marking.

• Resolves day-to-day process engineering issues affecting production. Provide technical decisions and engineering dispositions.
• Drives yield improvement, process optimization, manufacturing robustness, and improvements to address internal and external customer concerns and complaints, including material issues, by performing engineering validations, buy-offs, evaluations, and qualifications.
• Generates, defines and updates assembly process specification and ensures implementation.
• Performs risk analysis/FMEA and ensures adherence to quality systems standards and procedures.
• Performs root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, and manufacturing requirements.
• Prepare and present project status updates, technical reports, and executive reviews.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on yield, cycle time, productivity, quality, and cost reduction for project deliverables.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Product Engineering, and Manufacturing Excellence teams.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has the following background and capabilities:

• Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent engineering course.
• Must have at least three (3) years relevant experience in Process Engineering, handling critical processes in Singulation, Molding, Trim and Form, Taping/AOI.
• Knowledgeable in Disco package Singulation and Molding.
• Good oral and written communication skills.

Pay: From Php45,000.00 per month
