- Handle inbound & outbound calls with professionalism- Always ensure a positive customer experience- Conduct consultative interactions with potential customers.- Perform detailed need analysis and recommend best-fit solutions.- Provide product information and clarify product-related queries.- Warm-transfer qualified leads to the Store team.- Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure premium customer experience Requirements

• Education: Any Graduate / Any Postgraduate
• Experience: 0 2 years (Freshers welcome!)
• Languages: Excellent English & Hindi communication (mandatory)

• Prior experience in outbound calling, customer service, or sales (preferred, not mandatory)
