We are hiring Process Associates (Non-IT) to handle back-office operations, data processing, and customer support activities. This role is suitable for freshers and experienced candidates looking to start or grow their career in a non-technical domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day process operations
Data entry and document verification
Maintain accurate records and reports
Support customer queries (Non-voice / Voice if required)
Eligibility Criteria:
Any Graduate / Diploma ( 2016 to 2025)

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word)
