Key Roles Responsibilities:

  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for record checking, validation, and updating
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation for every record processed
  • Adhere strictly to client-defined SLAs, process SOPs, and KPIs
  • Flag discrepancies or data gaps for review as per process guidelines
  • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity while handling sensitive personal information

Key Skills Required:

• • Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, filtering, basic formulas)
  • Strong analytical and research skills to validate and cross-check information
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy under time pressure
  • Sound soft skills - communication, teamwork, and adaptability
  • Ability to follow structured processes and meet defined targets (SLA/KPI-driven environment)
  • Basic understanding of data confidentiality and compliance practices (preferred, given LPO context)
