- End to end order processing for e-transcripts delivery to overseas universities
- Email and phone correspondence with university officials
- Working meticulously with the CRM system
- Maintaining reports in XLS
Eligibility -
- Bachelors degree in any stream
- 2+ years experience in customer support
- Excellent verbal communication skills in multiple languages
- Excellent email communication skills
- Proven meticulous approach to the job
