Process Associate

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Process Associate to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring smooth production operations by adhering to safety standards, interpreting technical documentation, and utilizing a variety of tools and equipment. Your proactive approach will help optimize processes, maintain quality, and support continuous improvement initiatives within our manufacturing facility. Duties

• Operate forklifts and power tools safely to move materials and components throughout the manufacturing floor
• Interpret and follow production documents, technical drawings, and assembly instructions with precision
• Conduct manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting, to support assembly line activities
• Use measuring instruments and hand tools to assemble, inspect, and adjust mechanical components
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols and standards in all aspects of manufacturing operations
• Assist in process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements
• Support the management of production or assembly teams by coordinating tasks and ensuring timely completion of work

Experience

• Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred
• Hands-on experience with assembly line operations and mechanical assembly techniques
• Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings and production documents
• Knowledge of safety standards in production environments and lean manufacturing principles
• Experience managing or supporting manufacturing teams is a plus
• Proficiency with warehouse operations, including heavy lifting and manual handling procedures
• Technical proficiency with measuring instruments, hand tools, power tools, and forklift operation

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
