Role : Process Associate / Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely solutions.
• Assist customers with bookings, cancellations, changes, payments and other service-related queries, depending on the process.
• Resolve customer issues while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Follow company policies, processes and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information as required.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
• Meet defined quality, productivity and customer satisfaction targets .
• Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate .
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts .
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Customer-focused and willing to work in a target-driven environment
