Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Process Associate to support day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with data, following defined processes, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

● Handle assigned process tasks as per defined SOPs

● Ensure accuracy and quality while processing data/transactions

● Maintain records, reports, and documentation

● Coordinate with team members and supervisors for task completion

● Meet productivity and quality benchmarks

● Identify and escalate process issues when required

● Adhere to company policies and compliance standards

Required Skills:

● Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, email)

● Good communication skills (written & verbal)

● Attention to detail and accuracy

● Ability to work in a team environment

● Willingness to work in shifts (if required)

Preferred Qualifications:

● Graduate in any discipline

● Prior experience in BPO/KPO/Back-office operations is a plus (not mandatory)
