International Voice Process Roles & Responsibilities

1. Customer Interaction Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally and provide accurate information.
2. Issue Resolution Understand customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions within defined timelines.
3. Communication Maintain clear, fluent, and professional English communication with international customers.
4. Customer Experience Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
5. Process & Documentation – Follow company policies, meet process KPIs, update customer records, and maintain accurate call documentation.

Preferred Candidate – International Voice Process

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
2. Comfortable working in international/US/UK shifts and rotational schedules.
3. Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
4. Prior experience in international voice, BPO, customer service, or international process preferred.
5. Good active listening, patience, confidence, and professional communication skills.
