Job Overview

OTY Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Product / Process Support Executive to join our team. The role involves assisting customers/users, handling queries through voice or chat, providing product/process-related support, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer/user queries through voice calls and/or chat support.
• Understand customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Assist users with product- or process-related queries.
• Follow standard operating procedures and maintain process accuracy.
• Escalate technical or complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and follow-ups.
• Ensure professional and timely communication with customers.
• Meet assigned productivity, quality, and service-level targets.

Requirements

• 0–1 year of BPO, customer support, call centre, or process support experience preferred.
• Candidates with voice or chat support experience can apply.
• Basic understanding of software/product support is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with software applications.
• Ability to understand and follow processes accurately.
• Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable working in a target/process-oriented environment.
• Age preference: 22–35 years.
